My mission statement is simple. To always strive to raise the bar of quality in my services by having a continuous improvement philosophy, and to provide services at a fair and reasonable fee.

We offer all the standard inspection services that you should need when shopping for a home, in addition to many optional inspection services that you may desire. As a veteran, and applying for a VA loan, in addition to wanting a Home inspection*, the VA will require a Termite inspection certificate otherwise known as a WDO. This is an Ancillary "Add-on" inspection and document that the home that you are seeking is termite free and in good condition. The additional fee for this inspection & document is $195, however offered to you as a Military Veteran for only $100 when built on a slab foundation, or $125 when built on a crawl space foundation.  When ordering your inspections on-line, please be sure to click on WDO for Military Veterans.
