Purchasing a home should be simple, however meeting the requirements of lenders and Insurance companies can be taxing. We make it simple by offering the most common ancillary inspections that you may need and in most cases they can be done on the same day as your full home inspection and at a discount compared to regular stand-a-lone prices. Ancillary Inspection and Documentations are for Pre-Owned Homes and Not for New Construction. Ancillary inspection are designed and priced at a discount as an Add-On" to a full home inspection. A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line from the house at/near the foundation to the city / HOA tap or septic tank • The purpose of a sewer scope is to discover and report defects that were visible in the lateral sewer line; the scope will typically also identify the material used as the lateral sewer line
Wind Mitigation Inspection & Document
A Wind Mitigation inspection can be ordered along with your full home inspection, which includes the official 1802 Document. We take the extra time to ensure that you get all the discounts that you deserve and include up to 50 labeled photos to back up our claim.
A wind mitigation inspection document can be ordered for just $100 as an “Add-On” to your Full Home Inspection within our primary service area.
WDO- termite Inspection
WDO stands for Wood destroying organisms. The most common of these in Central Florida is Subterranean & Dry-wood Termites. A WDO Inspection is not normally required with New Construction with possible exception for VA financing. Please check with your lender to see if this will be a requirement if you are applying for a VA loan. For a Pre-owned home purchase, a WDO inspection is required when applying for a VA loan.
Four Point Insurance Document
This Inspection is normally required on Pre-Owned homes which are over 30 years of age. Some lenders require it if the home is 20 years old. You are advised to check with your lender. A 4 point document is a summary inspection report of the four primary components of the home being the Roof, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing with lots of photos to document our findings. Offered at a discount when ordered along with a Full Home inspection.

Mold & Air Quality Inspection
Ordering a LIMITED MOLD Inspection with air samples is important if you suspect that a MOLD problem exist due to a musty smell, visible evidence of apparent MOLD growth or if conditions exist for MOLD growth. Mold spores are not visible to the naked eye, however the types of mold present can often be determined through laboratory analysis of the air samples. Having samples analyzed can also help provide evidence of the scope and severity of any mold problem, as well as aid in assessing human exposure to mold spores.
