Congrats on listing your property on the market. As a fellow ORRA member and licensed home inspector, I know how important it is to keep deals on track — especially in today’s market.  That’s why I offer a Seller Advantage Check-Up — a post-listing inspection designed to uncover potential issues before the buyer’s inspector does. 

Why It Matters . . .

If anything can go wrong...It likely will. Your strength is to be prepared with knowledge about your property and prepare your property for a safe showings.

Avoiding potential issues and risk does not make it go away. Order a Full Sellers Home inspection to be ready for anything that may potentially kill the deal!

At the minimum, we recommend a Sellers - FOUR POINT Inspection & Wind Mitigation inspection & report . Includes two reports of each. UN-polished reports for your knowledge and Polished reports that can be given to a buyer to use for insurance purposes. This alone could save the deal and eliminate delays!
