I've used AmeriHome Inspection twice for the potential homes for purchase. Phil was recommended by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed at all. Phil and Andrew are very thorough inspectors spending 2-3 hours of time (my commissioned sq.ft. was 1000-1200) looking at details to their best abilties.
